I hope you are doing well. I am fine. I had taken a short break from writing and reading.
I am happy and grateful that October is coming to an end. It has been an amazing month full of learning and unlearning. It has been quite fulfilling. I am thankful to people in my life that help me become a better person and live a fulfilling life.
So, without further ado,Here’s my taking stock for this month.
Reading: The 48 laws of power by Robert Greene.
Writing: This blog right now.
Feeling: Bloated and constipated. I have been feeling bloated since yesterday. Tamarind has helped ease the discomfort.
Celebrating: Milestones. I am celebrating that I have been able to keep promises I made to myself this week.
Loving: The woman I am becoming. A healed woman.
Treating: Myself by taking lots of water and rest.
Dreaming: Of a Holiday in Bora Bora and Maldives. So help me God.
Enjoying: My solitude.
Learning: About healthy boundaries thanks to Gene coaching. I am happy and grateful to be alive at this point in time.
Waiting: To travel with a friend over the weekend .
Wanting: More wigs. Especially the curly ones, so that I do not have to comb them.
Wishing: Myself good health and positive vibes in November. Wishing my readers an amazing and fulfilling November.
How do I feel when I wake up every morning? For the most part of this month, I woke up tired,bloated and in pain. I made necessary changes and I must say I wake up feeling fresh and painless. I am currently working on the bloating.
Nervousness,Anxiety ,Worry? I would say I have suffered all at different times. I have worked on working on my anxiety and worry.
What is your stress level from 1 to 10. Ten being the highest? My stress level is a 4.
Are you an emotional eater? I think so. I eat more when angry and when happy. Is that weird?
Do you sleep well? Yes. I have enjoyed my sleep these past two weeks.
